New to CrossFit? Unsure where to start? Perfect! Our Elements program
is exactly what you need to get you on track and kicking goals
Elements is an introductory course, where our professional coaches will expose you to some of the movements we do, teach you how to move safely and correctly and build your confidence before jumping into a class. There are 3 Sessions* where you will meet one-on-one with a coach where we will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit at Morph.
Anyone who is new to CrossFit should take Elements. We strive to move with virtuosity. That means doing the common uncommonly well. The best place to learn new skills and hone your abilities is in a one-on-one setting.
Elements cost $180 which is a full months membership upfront. This covers an unlimited membership and 3 PT * sessions. You have 30 days to complete your 3 sessions. If you finish your sessions before the month is up, which is very common, then you can start taking classes until the end of those 30 days. For instance, you start Elements of March 13th, and you finish the third session on March 28th, you can start taking classes until April 13th. Once those 30 days are up, the desired membership you have chosen will start.
Hell yea! Welcome to your new home. “Doing CrossFit before” means you’ve been through an introductory process at another CrossFit gym and were an active member there for at least 2 months.
