PUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD

Please carefully read our T&Cs and submit the form below to put your membership on hold.
Membership hold requests that do not align with the terms & conditions will not be actioned or responded to.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Memberships can be put on hold for a period of 2-8 weeks, twice in a calendar year.
  • Holds are for the purpose of injury, illness or holidays.
  • Memberships cannot be held during a discounted rate or special membership offer.
  • Hold request forms must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the commencement date.
  • Upon expiration of the hold date, the member’s account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
  • Adding a hold to a membership may change its billing date after the hold period is over.
  • If a membership needs to be cancelled during a hold period it must become active and pass through our cancellation policy.
  • If the requested hold date falls on the same as the billing date, members will be charged as per usual and the hold added to the end of that billing cycle
